I deliver 2D plans that map out furniture, circulation, and key zones to maximize usability and visual clarity. 2D Drawings Detailed layout plans suitable for use by contractors or project managers. These include furniture layout, lighting layout, and fixture placements as required. 3D Renderings Photorealistic 3D visualizations help you fully understand the proposed space. These are ideal for internal review, stakeholder presentations, and pre-construction approvals. FF&E Specification I provide a full selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment—matched to your brand, budget, and function. Products are sourced locally or internationally, with purchasing suggestions and links where applicable. Material & Finish Documentation Includes clear specification sheets for materials, finishes, lighting, surfaces, and other design elements. All documentation is ready to hand off to builders, vendors, or fit-out contractors. Revisions Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
