Scope of Services & Official Procedures Our all-inclusive service manages the entire official process as required by Thai law: Phase 1: Document Preparation & Embassy Liaison • Consultation & Guidance: Providing a detailed consultation on the required legal documents. • Embassy Support: Assisting and guiding you through the process of obtaining the "Affirmation of Freedom to Marry" from your national Embassy or Consulate in Thailand. • Certified Translation: Arranging the certified translation of your "Affirmation of Freedom to Marry" into the Thai language by an authorized translator. Phase 2: Legalization by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) • Document Submission: Managing the submission of both the original "Affirmation" and its certified Thai translation to the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok for official legalization and authentication. • Liaison with MFA: Handling the entire legalization process to ensure the documents are legally recognized for use at any District Office in Thailand. Phase 3: Official Marriage Registration at the District Office (Amphoe) • Appointment Coordination: Scheduling the official marriage registration at the District Office. • Document Review: Final review of all legalized documents for the Thai registrar (Nai Thabian). • Process Facilitation: Accompanying you and your Thai partner to the District Office on the registration day to facilitate the process. • Provision of Witnesses: Arranging for two official witnesses as required by law for the registration, if necessary. • Issuance of Certificate: Ensuring the correct issuance and receipt of your official Thai Marriage Certificates (Kor Ror 2 and Kor Ror 3). 2. Fee Structure & Investment This is a fixed-price package covering our professional administrative fees and all standard government-related costs. The Total Investment for this package is THB 45,000.00. This all-inclusive amount covers the following components: • Professional Administrative Service Fee: This includes all consultation, comprehensive document management, liaison with relevant government agencies, and assistance provided on the registration day. • Third-Party & Government Fees: This covers fees for certified translations and the required legalization fees payable to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. • Contingency & Miscellaneous Expenses (Extra Case Provision): This allocation covers necessary incidentals such as transportation costs for document processing, urgent handling fees, and other administrative expenses required for a smooth process. 3. Important Exclusions • Embassy Fees: The fee charged by your own national Embassy or Consulate for issuing the "Affirmation of Freedom to Marry" is not included. This fee must be paid directly to your embassy by you. • Post-Registration Services: This package does not include the translation of the final Thai Marriage Certificate into English or its subsequent legalization for use in your home country. This can be arranged for an additional fee if required. 4. Estimated Timeline • The entire process, from obtaining the Embassy Affirmation to completing the marriage registration, typically takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. This is subject to the appointment availability at your embassy and the processing time at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5. Payment Terms • 60% Deposit: THB 27,000.00 payable to initiate the service and begin the document preparation process. • 40% Final Payment: THB 18,000.00 payable on the day of your successful marriage registration.
