Monthly Legal Consultant Service (บริการที่ปรึกษาทางกฎหมาย)

Terms of services 1. Legal Advisory & Consultation ·Contractual Advisory: Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on all types of business contracts, in both Thai and English. ·Document Preparation: Draft, review, and finalize legal documents and agreements essential to the Company's business operations. ·Regulatory Compliance: Audit and provide ongoing advice to ensure all business activities strictly adhere to applicable laws and regulations. ·General Legal Counsel: Offer comprehensive legal opinions regarding civil, commercial, criminal, and labor matters, as well as specialized litigation cases. 2. Corporate & Administrative Services ·Notarial Services: Certify signatures and authenticate official documents in both Thai and English. ·Corporate Governance: Assist in the preparation of internal corporate documentation, including Work Rules and Regulations, Employment Agreements, and Service Agreements. Scope of Legal Services: We are pleased to offer the following service options as specified above: Option 1: Fixed-Rate Monthly Retainer Limited to 5 legal matters per month (includes up to 5 contract reviews/revisions). Fee: 10,000 THB per month. Option 2: Unlimited Monthly Retainer Unlimited legal matters and contract reviews/revisions per month. Fee: 20,000 THB per month. Important Remarks: 1. Exclusions: The monthly retainer fees above do not cover the drafting of entirely new complex contracts, litigation services (court representation), or formal certified translation services. 2. Special Discount: For any services excluded from the retainer, the Client is entitled to a 30% discount on our standard professional fee per case.
