Live chat administrator

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Humanities from Kasetsart University, Bangkhen. My work experience is mostly in the hospitality industry(Hotels and hostels) for more than 9 years. The latest job that I applied is the chat live administrator, and still is the current one. ขั้นตอนการทำงาน 1. When there is a query or request, I will reply by greeting and offer assistance. 2. Fulfil the customers' needs by checking the availability, offering room rates, adding some photos for their references, suggesting when they need options and ending chat with courteous reply.
