รีวิวสัญญา, ให้ความเห็นทางด้านกฎหมาย, ร่างสัญญา หรือ เอกสารทางกฎหมาย ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า เจรจาข้อสัญญากับคู่สัญญา, ยกประเด็นความเสี่ยงของสัญญาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น พร้อมเสนอข้อสัญญามาตรฐานที่ควรมี โดยสามารถรีวิวได้ทั้ง ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ซึ่งจะคอยดูแลงานลูกค้าจนจบกระบวนการลงนามโดยคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่าย Review contract, provide legal opinion, drafting contract or any legal document as per requirement, comment from the customer, negotiate legal terms, clarify risks and concerns of the contract and suggest for any legal terms/ or propose to add any clauses in the contract that necessary. Able to review both thai and english and will be monitoring the work until the contract has been fully signed. ขั้นตอนการทำงาน 1. ลูกค้าแจ้งรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ/ ผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงเหตุผลที่ต้องการร่างสัญญาธุรกิจ หรือ เอกสารใดๆ ที่ต้องการ 2. ส่ง First draft ให้ลูกค้า ภายใน 3-5 วัน 3. ปรับแก้เอกสาร first draft ตามความเห็นของลุกค้า 4. ส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้าหลังจากที่ได้ปรับแก้แล้ว 5. คอย Monitoring จนกว่าจะมีการลงนามเสร็จสมบูรณ์
